Warranty Policy

At CHIC HOUSE, we build our furniture to last — and we stand by it. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.


1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 3-Year Limited Warranty on all CHIC HOUSE furniture, covering:

✅ Covered Defects:
• Structural issues (e.g., frame breakage, joint instability)
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Premature damage to fabric or upholstery (not caused by misuse)

This warranty applies to residential indoor use only.


2. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered by this warranty:

❌ Not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear, fading, wrinkling, or softening of materials
• Damage from abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents
• Improper assembly or modifications made by the customer
• Damage caused by pets, humidity, sunlight, water, or non-standard environments
• Commercial or outdoor use
• Clearance items or products marked as final sale


3. Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for three (3) years from the original delivery date and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from CHIC HOUSE or authorized resellers.


4. How to Submit a Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at support@chichouse.com with the following details:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos of the defect
• Full name and delivery address

Our support team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.


5. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, CHIC HOUSE will provide one of the following at our discretion:
• Replacement of defective parts or modules
• Full product replacement (if the item is beyond repair)
• Store credit or refund, where replacement is not possible

We cover all related shipping costs for valid warranty claims.



6. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and limited to one claim per product. It does not extend to resale, gifting, or third-party purchases.

We reserve the right to deny claims that show clear signs of misuse, or that lack sufficient documentation.
