Warranty Policy

At CHIC HOUSE, we take product quality seriously. All our sofas and modular pieces are covered under a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, residential use. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or commercial use.

If you believe your product has a warranty issue, please contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and provide a replacement part or repair whenever applicable.
