① To initiate a cancellation, return, refund, or exchange, contact our customer service team at support@chichousemall.com for instructions and assistance. We recommend contacting us as early as possible so we can review and assist your request efficiently.
② You can cancel your order and request a full refund (or modify the order) at no charge if the request is approved before shipping begins.
③ Eligible items (not falling under non-returnable circumstances) may be returned for a refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt. Returns to our warehouse can be arranged, but you are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless specified otherwise. If the package has been opened and the original packaging is no longer intact (even if the item remains unassembled, undamaged, and resalable), a return charge may apply, along with any applicable shipping fees.
④ To start the return process, please provide the following via email:
- Order number;
- Clear photos of outer box label and the item(s) (if unpacked) or original sealed packaging (if unopened);
- Quantity of items to return;
- Clear request (refund or exchange, including any preferred alternatives like color or size);
- Reason for return (e.g., change of mind, layout incompatibility, or damage).
