Return & Refund Policy

At CHIC HOUSE, we prioritize your satisfaction and shopping experience. We offer a 90-day return policy for eligible CHIC HOUSE products under certain conditions. 

If you wish to return product(s) for a refund or exchange, please carefully review the guidelines below:

1. Requirements

① To initiate a cancellation, return, refund, or exchange, contact our customer service team at support@chichousemall.com for instructions and assistance. We recommend contacting us as early as possible so we can review and assist your request efficiently.

② You can cancel your order and request a full refund (or modify the order) at no charge if the request is approved before shipping begins.
③ Eligible items (not falling under non-returnable circumstances) may be returned for a refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt. Returns to our warehouse can be arranged, but you are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless specified otherwise. If the package has been opened and the original packaging is no longer intact (even if the item remains unassembled, undamaged, and resalable), a return charge may apply, along with any applicable shipping fees.
④ To start the return process, please provide the following via email: 

  • Order number; 
  • Clear photos of outer box label and the item(s) (if unpacked) or original sealed packaging (if unopened); 
  • Quantity of items to return; 
  • Clear request (refund or exchange, including any preferred alternatives like color or size); 
  • Reason for return (e.g., change of mind, layout incompatibility, or damage).

⑤ Returns require prior approval. We will review your submission, approve eligible requests, and provide the designated return address via email.

2. Return

Our designated warehouse return address and detailed instructions will be provided upon approval.
Important: We do not accept unsolicited returns without prior notice and approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused, and you will bear any associated shipping risks and costs.

3. Exceptions (No Return Shipping Cost to Customer)

You are not responsible for return shipping fees if the item meets these criteria:
① Defective or damaged items (e.g., broken, stained) upon arrival.
② Incorrect item received (e.g., wrong size or color, not due to subjective preference).

4. Return Charges and Shipping Fees

5. Non-Returnable Circumstances

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Insufficient proof of purchase or required information.
  • Items received more than 90 days ago.
  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" or clearance products.
  • Assembled items.
  • Items without their original packaging.
  • Minor damage (e.g., cuts, scratches) caused by improper handling, unpacking, or use.
  • Damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper storage/environmental exposure (e.g., cracks from improper placement, discoloration from sunlight or moisture).

6. Refunds
 

Refunds are calculated based on the actual paid amount (after any discounts or coupons, which may be deducted). Once returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund process will begin.

We can issue refunds to your original payment method or via alternative platforms. Any applicable return charges or shipping fees will be deducted.

  • Credit card refunds: Processing begins upon warehouse receipt; funds typically appear within 10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • Other methods: Up to 2 weeks for full processing.

You can track your refund status in your account order history.

7. Processing Time

  • Return/refund requests: Response within 3 business days; approval typically within 3 business days after receiving complete information.
  • Exchanges: 2-3 business days after returned item receipt (subject to stock availability).
  • Refunds: Up to 10 business days after warehouse receipt (actual receipt time varies by payment method).
